Mesotherapy

What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is the unique combination of art and science developed by Dr. Michel Pistor of Paris, France in 1952. It is a medical specialty using painless microinjections of vitamins, herbs, homeopathic remedies and pharmaceuticals in specific formulations. Mesotherapy can be applied to a multitude of different conditions, both medical and cosmetic.

Mesotherapy treatment has many applications: Its cosmetic usage includes weight loss, cellulite reduction, hair re-growth/alopecia, face and neck rejuvenation/ mesolift, and body sculpting

Mesotherapy for the face. How does it work?

As we age, the level of naturally occurring hyaluronic acid in our skin decreases considerably, leading to the appearance of ageing skin and the formation of wrinkles. The natural hyaluronic acid found in our skin carries out three important functions that are vital for a fresh and youthful skin. It contributes to skin elasticity and firmness by maintaining a high level of hydration to the skin.

It helps to improve and maintain skin tone by promoting collagen and fibroblast production. It acts as an anti-oxidant by promoting free radical scavenger activities.

By introducing the skin to an exclusive-patented formulation of natural source hyaluronic acid identical to the skins own hyaluronic acid, we can slow down the ageing process. We can also combine hyaluronic acid with other valuable vitamins to also nourish and hydrate the skin in the areas that is needed.

What will the treatment do for me?

The treatment is a bio revitalizing treatment. By injecting hyaluronic acid and other nutrients into the dermis, you will notice a visibly improvement in the tone, hydration and texture of your skin.

Is the result immediate?

No. You will have to have at least three treatments once every 2 weeks to begin to see a difference. The treatment is ongoing as well. Once you have had your first series of treatment, you will have to go on a maintenance program to maintain the effects.

How often do I need to have the treatment to maintain the results?

At least every 3-4 months

Is the treatment painful?

There is some slight discomfort but the Doctor will apply a topical aesthetic to minimize the discomfort.

Mesotherapy for the body

Using a unique combination of homeopathic remedies we are able to help reduce cellulite and body fat. Depending on the severity of your case approximately 8-12 treatments will be required.
